**去年商會一場親子遊交給我們操辦，深圳周邊，客人自駕前往。**
Last year, a chamber of commerce entrusted us with organizing a family trip—somewhere around Shenzhen, with guests driving themselves.
**出發前我們先去踩了線，場地要能停車、有親子互動空間、安全到位、還得有小朋友玩的項目，一個個篩過去才定下來。物料也提前備好：創可可貼、藿香正氣水、防蚊液、風油精、雨衣、充電線——用不用得上先帶著，總比客人需要時拿不出來強。**
Before departure, we went to scout the site in person. The venue had to have parking, space for family interaction, solid safety measures, and activities for kids—we screened each option one by one before settling on the right one. Supplies were prepared in advance: band-aids, Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid, mosquito repellent, essential oil balm, raincoats, charging cables—better to have them and not need them than need them and not have them.
**活動當天飄了點小雨，濕地滑的地方我們提前鋪上綠毯，安排人值守提醒，家長不用提心吊膽盯著孩子跑。**
On the day of the event, there was a light drizzle. We laid green anti-slip mats on slippery spots and stationed staff to keep watch and remind everyone, so parents didn't have to worry constantly about their kids running around.
**第二天帆船出海，下海時渾身濕透盡興，回來最想幹的就是洗個熱水澡。我們提前跟酒店溝通延住兩小時，客人上岸回房從容洗漱、歇夠了再退房，不趕不搶。**
On the second day, the group went sailing. After getting thoroughly soaked and having a blast at sea, the one thing everyone wanted most was a hot shower. We negotiated with the hotel in advance to extend checkout by two hours, so guests could return to their rooms, freshen up at their own pace, rest enough, and check out without rushing.
**做旅遊服務沒什麼驚天動地的大事，就是把每一步多想一層、多做一點，客人舒不舒服，全藏在這些不起眼的細節裡。**
There's nothing earth-shattering about travel service. It's simply thinking one step further and doing a little extra at every stage. Whether guests feel comfortable or not—it's all hidden in these unassuming little details.
