Notice for Tourists Entering Tibet
為了您能夠平安順利的完成本次旅遊行程,請您仔細閱讀此進藏注意事項:
To ensure a safe and smooth trip, please read the following guidelines carefully before entering Tibet:
1. 高原地區氣候乾燥,日照強烈,紫外線強,建議客人帶好墨鏡、太陽帽、防曬霜、潤唇膏等物品;高原地區早晚溫差大,請客人準備長袖衣褲及防寒衣物,另外建議攜帶感冒藥、腸胃藥、阿斯匹靈、安定、頭痛粉等藥品,以防高原反應引起的身體不適。
The plateau has dry climate, strong sunlight and intense ultraviolet rays. You are advised to bring sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, lip balm and other supplies. The temperature varies greatly between morning and night on the plateau, so long-sleeve clothes and warm outerwear are necessary. It is also recommended to carry cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, aspirin, diazepam and headache powder to relieve discomfort caused by altitude sickness.
2. 進藏前 2-3 天需要有良好的睡眠,不可過度熬夜,以免增加抵達西藏的不適。有心理負擔的、處於亞健康或有暗疾的、或者進藏後有不適情況的,請前往當地正規醫院就醫。
Get sufficient sleep 2 to 3 days before entering Tibet and avoid staying up late, which will worsen altitude discomfort upon arrival. Visitors with mental stress, sub-health conditions or underlying illnesses, or those feeling unwell after arriving in Tibet shall seek treatment at local formal hospitals promptly.
3. 因西藏線路行車時間較長,建議準備一些類如巧克力、牛肉乾的食品備用。
Road trips in Tibet usually take a long time. Please prepare snacks such as chocolate and beef jerky for backup.
4. 進藏當天需要在賓館靜心休息,晚上盡量不要洗澡,以免感冒引起肺水腫或因缺氧加劇高原反應。無不良反應的客人也應盡量不劇烈運動,不喝酒、抽煙,以保證後面的行程圓滿完成。
Rest quietly at your hotel on the day you arrive in Tibet. Avoid bathing at night to prevent colds that may lead to pulmonary edema or aggravate altitude sickness due to oxygen shortage. Even if you feel fine, refrain from strenuous exercise, drinking alcohol and smoking to guarantee a smooth follow-up itinerary.
5. 禁忌提示:請尊重當地的飲食習慣、習俗禁忌、宗教禮儀等,入鄉隨俗,融入當地的民風民情。
Taboo Reminder: Please respect local dietary habits, folk taboos and religious rituals. Do as the locals do and embrace local customs.
6. 為了您人身、財產的安全,請您避免在公開場合暴露貴重物品及大量現金。上街時需時刻看管好首飾、相機等隨身物品。
For your personal and property safety, do not display valuables or large amounts of cash in public. Keep close watch on jewelry, cameras and other personal belongings when going out.
7. 身體要求:對於有嚴重的高血壓、心臟病、(支)氣管炎、糖尿病、感冒的患者限制進藏。建議您在進藏前對身體做一次心肺方面的檢查,確認是否患有以上幾種嚴重疾病。特別強調,體檢醫生建議不宜進藏者,謝絕入藏,如有任何情況我社概不負責。另外,在進藏前不要刻意的鍛煉身體,如果您在平時一直堅持鍛煉,在赴藏前半個月也應停下來,因為透過鍛煉後的身體,耗氧量增大,增加了在西藏時心臟的負擔,反而容易引起高原反應。
Physical Requirements: Visitors suffering from severe hypertension, heart disease, bronchitis, diabetes or colds are restricted from entering Tibet. A cardiopulmonary physical examination is recommended prior to departure to rule out the above severe illnesses. Special note: Anyone advised by physicians against entering Tibet shall not be allowed entry, and our agency shall not be liable for any related accidents. Do not intensively exercise before the trip. Regular exercisers should suspend training half a month before heading to Tibet, as physically fit bodies consume more oxygen, placing extra strain on the heart and triggering altitude sickness more easily.
8. 感冒患者不能前往西藏,建議您在出發前將感冒治好後才進藏,不要帶感冒病菌進藏。感冒患者由於自身身體機能被破壞,抗病能力減弱,又增加自身的抵抗能力負荷,帶著嚴重的感冒進藏極易轉為其他高原病,例如肺水腫等。
People with colds are prohibited from traveling to Tibet. Fully recover from colds before departure. Colds weaken immune functions and overburden the body’s resistance; traveling to Tibet with a severe cold may easily develop into severe plateau illnesses including pulmonary edema.
9. 高原反應:西藏是高海拔,高原反應也是因人而異,但也不是每個人都有,不要過度緊張。樂觀的心態是應對高反最有效的良藥,建議帶上葡萄糖、紅景天之類的,預防高原反應,如果初次進藏,確實擔心高原反應,可以提前一週開始飲用紅景天,這是很多朋友嘗試過的,效果非常好,一次只須泡 20~30g 左右,對提高身體素質,增強心血管,緩解高原反應很有效。
Altitude Sickness: Tibet sits at high altitudes, yet altitude sickness varies by individual and does not affect everyone. Do not be overly anxious. A positive mindset is the best remedy. Bring glucose and rhodiola to prevent altitude discomfort. First-time visitors worried about altitude sickness may drink rhodiola tea one week in advance — this method has proven effective for many travelers. Brew roughly 20 to 30 grams per serving to boost physical fitness, strengthen cardiovascular functions and ease altitude sickness symptoms
