二、跟有錢人一起蹭飯吃，可以鍛煉自己的「厚臉皮」，購物團一般吃得好住得好； Second, tagging along with wealthy tourists lets me enjoy nice meals for free and build up my confidence. Shopping tours usually include great food and accommodation.

三、最好不要一個人去，有幾個小夥伴一起，心理上有個平衡； Third, avoid going alone. Bring a few friends to keep each other mentally grounded.

四、盡量不買「珠寶玉器」等高價格的物品，買些特產花不了幾個錢，也是給導遊面子； Fourth, steer clear of pricey goods like jewelry and jade. Buying local specialties costs very little and saves the tour guide’s face.
